Owners must keep their contact information up to date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Isn\u2019t my pet\u2019s collar and ID tag enough? <\/strong>A collar with<strong> <\/strong>up-to-date tags is important for any pet when outdoors, but collars can be removed.
